What are the costs?

Our extra services include:

Contact with the Town Hall to establish  facility of the Certificate of Urban Compatibility-30 euros

Contact with the Town Hall to establish existence of the 1 st Occupation Licence ( Habitation Certificate or Cedula)-121 euros

Completion of the above following renovation. ( Secondary licence of Occupation)-285 euros

Application of Certificate of Urban Compatibility-  including where necessary a  'Memoria Tecnica' required by some Town Halls.-161 euros

Energy Certificate  completion and inspection carried out by a fully qualified engineer. -163 euros.

In addition to our costs some Town Halls have varied fees attached to these services.
